"Bawl" as Stella would say.
Stella doesn't eat sugar. Of course there's no way to keep it completely away from her diet. The juice at restaurants, granola bars, natural sugars in real fruit etc. For the most part though she doesn't have any. No candy, cake, ice cream, fruit snacks, cereal well you get the idea. That being said this is just another reason why. Seriously this is not her normal behavior. I think it obviously affects her even more since she doesn't have it. She gets spastic when she's tired and she is VERY squirmy but this is like a poster video as to what it does to kids...I was shocked at how a few bites of s'mores could cause her to be SO spastic. Sorry Stella it's back to healthy eating for you kid!
This is what the tent is "supposed" to look like!
Stella had her own little area with her pack and play, blankets and toys.
Playing in the sand
Look at all the kites!!!
It was very windy on the beach so there were a ton of kiteboarders. Who ignored the airplane that kept flying by with the sign to "Stay out of the Gulf"!
Lots of birds and wildlife
Mario gave her 2 to 3 bites. More on that later. See subsequent video to come.
After the storm.
We were leaving that morning anyways so as soon as it was light we packed up the tent. We had already grabbed all our bags which I had had ready in case. All we had to do was wait a few hours until we checked in to our hotel. Which was pre planned. Sunday was our Anniversary and we had already planned to stay and check into our fave hotel that we like to go to every few months. This was the BEST idea. That drive home would have been miserable with how tired and dirty we were. Not to mention all our stuff was basically just thrown in the back of the car in no particular order. Part 2 coming soon....

One day Brians dad took us around on his boat. First stop was a state park that pretty much just has beaches and a state park/campground. Since you can only get there by boat it was pretty deserted. SO beautiful! We staked out a spot and spend a few hours exploring and enjoying the beach.
You take a tram from the dock down to the beach.
Sunrise outside our room. Ok, so these are a little out of order...
I'm not being to picky in uploading in the opposite direction. I'm just trying to get everything uploaded so they may be a little confusing order wise. Boca was absolutely beautiful. Such a cool, quaint place. Not really what I expected, it was better. Once you cross over the toll bridge onto Boca Grande/Gasparilla you feel as if you have gotton off a plane somewere. We had such a great time visiting with Hill and the family. It was so good to see them and spend time together. Brians dad was so hospitable and showed us a great time. We spent a whole day exploring on the boat and seeing the sights. Spent a lot of beach time and some pool side. We enjoyed good food and good companionship. We spend some time just with Mario, Aubrey, Stella and I. It was such a nice trip all round. I still could have had even more time with them but I am glad for what we had and a great time was had by all! The beaches were gorgeous, the town was so quaint and not at all touristy. I would definately go back! Part 2 to come...
