Arrrrgh Matey!

Last week after Mario's sister left we rode along again with Mario for his Panama City jobs. He was done by 11 am and we had the whole rest of the day to hang out. We went back and stayed at the same place as last time. They only had 2 rooms left and it was packed! It's in the middle of high season so there were people everywhere! Last time we had a room that looked out and opened up to the pool on the 4th floor. This time we were higher up and overlooked the water. Stella could not get enough of looking out at everything. She doesn't like baby food anymore and gets mad when you try to feed her. She wants to feed herself! It was nice though at both lunch and dinner we ordered a side of veggies, cut them up and let her go to town. She was a happy camper sitting in the high chair eating with us. She is such a GOOD baby! She just gets cuter and cuter every day. I swear we can't go anywhere without people stopping us and wanting to coo at her. Some elderly lady in the elevator was telling Mario how cute his daughter was and we weren't even with him, we had already gone up to the room. She had just seen us at the pool. She LOVES to watch everything and just smiles at everyone. We are so blessed to have such a happy, healthy, beautiful baby! We have a pretty mellow month, we leave for the Bahamas at the end of the month so we are going to try to stick close to home and on our schedule for the next few weeks...

Wild Adventures

We went to Wild Adventures the day before Mario's sister and her girls went back to Austria! The girls had a blast and Stella loved the water park. Last time we went, we only went to the amusement park side. This time we spent most of our time at the water park. They had lots of areas that Stella could play in also. Everyone had a great time!

Stella is getting closer and closer to walking. She will walk along things and is getting better all the time on her balance. She isn't standing on her tippy toes as much either. It's only a short matter of time! Uh oh! She's getting good at copying things and LOVES solids. She's really independent, imagine that?! She REALLY wants to feed herself. She is SO adorable and SO fun!

We just got back from a week at the beach. Here's a few pics but I am too pooped to update so I will add more in the morning. I also have a few cute pics Mario's mom sent me but I can't get them to upload at the moment so I will work on those also!

Teeth and more

I tried clicking on the pic in the last post to enlarge it and it wasn't working. Here's a closeup of Stella's shiny new teeth. :)

I also forgot to note that Stella stood on her own, not holding on to ANYTHING for about 30 seconds. She keeps pulling her hands away from you when she's standing and then she'll raise them in the air like, "look mom, no hands!". She did it at Nana's the other day with everyone watching and just stood there. I put my hands out to brace her fall, but she just kept standing. I think my jaw dropped. We all were holding our breath waiting for her to fall on her heiny. She just kept standing there not even wobbling. I know she's still a ways away from walking on her own but she is obviously working in that direction. It's about to get CRAZY around here! :)

Mario's sister and girls are in town for a month from Austria. She loves her cousins and they LOVE her!!! They love reading to her, playing with her, pushing her stroller and kissing her!
