Mario's Birthday!

It was Mario's birthday a few weeks ago and we took a weekend trip to Panama City and Destin. The weather was beautiful! There's this new outdoor mall in Panama City called Pier Park. They have all these cool stores and restaurants. We had lunch at Jimmy Buffets' Margaritaville. It's definitely got the beach feel, we'd been to the one in Key West before but this one has whole light show with smoke and a disco ball that comes out of this plane hanging from the ceiling. Very touristy, but fun. They actually have good hamburgers! They also have a Tootsie's, which is a famous honky tonk in Nashville where I used to hang out. The beaches in Destin were gorgeous! I definitely want to go back there soon! We'd like to go and take the boat but the summer is flying by so we'll see!

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend! We sure did, just hung out around the house. It was nice to relax. Mondays sure come fast!
