Yes, that is a washrag on her head. I had been using it to wipe her hands when she was eating and for some reason, joking around, I tied it on her head afterwards. Yes, that is a washrag on her head. I had been using it to wipe her hands when she was eating and for some reason, joking around, I tied it on her head afterwards.
